00:28.861 --> 00:37.766
[SPEAKER_01]: Investigators immediately look at the most likely suspect, but when two others emerge, finding the killer proves to be even more challenging.
00:38.586 --> 00:42.468
[SPEAKER_01]: Join me, John Connor, as I discuss the murder of Jennifer Hayland.
00:43.169 --> 00:45.090
[SPEAKER_01]: This is Check The Locks Podcast.
00:57.780 --> 01:02.124
[SPEAKER_01]: Hello, and thank you for joining me as I dive into yet another truly terrifying true crime case.
01:02.204 --> 01:04.987
[SPEAKER_01]: Before we get started, as always, I hope that you are having a wonderful week.
01:05.387 --> 01:06.268
[SPEAKER_01]: Hope you're doing well.
01:06.368 --> 01:08.790
[SPEAKER_01]: And most importantly, I hope that you are beaten this heat.
01:09.251 --> 01:12.874
[SPEAKER_01]: I know here in Tennessee, we are officially under what's known as a heat bubble.
01:13.495 --> 01:20.942
[SPEAKER_01]: First time I've heard that term, but we've got some excessive heat warnings popping up here, and I know it's going to be that way at least until the end of the week.
01:21.502 --> 01:25.124
[SPEAKER_01]: So if you were listening to this, first, thank you for letting me hang out with you.
01:25.164 --> 01:27.465
[SPEAKER_01]: Why you're doing whatever it is you got going on today.
01:27.485 --> 01:33.108
[SPEAKER_01]: If you're driving to work or hanging out with the kids, but second, and I would say more importantly, I hope that you are staying cool.
01:33.288 --> 01:37.450
[SPEAKER_01]: Why you do it, because again, it is super, super hot outside.
01:38.071 --> 01:45.334
[SPEAKER_01]: So make sure you're drinking lots of water and getting in that air conditioning, you know, splashing around, doing whatever you can to stay cool.
01:45.474 --> 01:47.776
[SPEAKER_01]: So this week's case, I will say,
01:48.763 --> 01:49.924
[SPEAKER_01]: just to kind of throw it out there.
01:50.344 --> 01:53.346
[SPEAKER_01]: As a parent, I had a really hard time with this one.
01:53.407 --> 01:55.768
[SPEAKER_01]: We'll talk about it a little bit more towards the end of the episode.
01:55.828 --> 02:00.732
[SPEAKER_01]: But as we go through, I'm going to be very interested to hear did the listeners feel the same way.
02:00.752 --> 02:05.416
[SPEAKER_01]: And we have a lot of parents in the Facebook group and a lot of parents who listen to the show.
02:05.456 --> 02:10.139
[SPEAKER_01]: So I'm going to be very interested to see if you kind of fall in line with how I feel about this case.
02:10.780 --> 02:14.462
[SPEAKER_01]: Before we dive into that though, just wanted to take a moment, do a little quick housekeeping.
02:15.283 --> 02:19.027

[SPEAKER_01]: Got a lot of stuff going on.
02:22.450 --> 02:23.991
[SPEAKER_01]: We've got some family things scheduled.
02:24.031 --> 02:28.375

03:36.335 --> 03:38.496
[SPEAKER_01]: But now that the housekeeping is out of the way, let's go ahead.
03:38.516 --> 03:39.917
[SPEAKER_01]: We're going to quit the Gabby Gabby.
03:39.937 --> 03:44.360
[SPEAKER_01]: We'll jump right into the stabby stabby and let's talk about this week's story.
03:44.600 --> 03:51.865
[SPEAKER_01]: For this week's case, we're headed to Brian Texas, a college town near Texas A&M, but it's also home to Blin College.
03:57.869 --> 04:02.071
[SPEAKER_01]: Jenna was born in whimperly Texas on February 23, 1988.
04:02.752 --> 04:07.014
[SPEAKER_01]: As a teenager, she attended high school at West Victoria in Victoria, Texas.
04:07.594 --> 04:13.097
[SPEAKER_01]: She was a bubbly girl who loved to laugh, attending rallies for their school football team the Warriors.
04:13.955 --> 04:18.237
[SPEAKER_01]: Now, it was while attending high school that Jenna Metaboy named Spencer Hood.
04:18.938 --> 04:22.579
[SPEAKER_01]: The two teenagers fell for each other and eventually they began dating.
04:23.140 --> 04:30.203
[SPEAKER_01]: And when high school was over, they would both attend Blin College together with each planning a career in either law or government.
04:31.344 --> 04:37.347
[SPEAKER_01]: Once enrolled, Jenna and Spencer would move into separate units in the same Autumn Woods apartment complex.
04:38.377 --> 04:44.340
[SPEAKER_01]: Now this particular complex was located close to the university, and it was a popular spot for students to rent.
04:45.341 --> 04:48.042
[SPEAKER_01]: At the time, things seemed to be going well for the young couple.
04:48.643 --> 04:54.226
[SPEAKER_01]: Jenna was well-liked by her classmates, and she had found a job-witting tables at a local chicken wing restaurant.
04:54.766 --> 04:58.648
[SPEAKER_01]: But in the spring of 2008, things would take a tragic turn.
04:59.789 --> 05:07.073
[SPEAKER_01]: After finishing his morning classes on April 9, Spencer had swung by Jenna's apartment needing to pick up a book that he had left there.
05:08.006 --> 05:14.847
[SPEAKER_01]: When he arrived, he discovered that the door was unlocked, and upon entering his girlfriend's apartment, he made a heartbreaking discovery.
05:15.468 --> 05:20.209
[SPEAKER_01]: There, lying on the bedroom floor and cold to the touch, was Jenna's lifeless body.
05:21.309 --> 05:25.310
[SPEAKER_01]: Spencer immediately ran to a neighbor, begging them to call 911.
05:26.190 --> 05:29.630
[SPEAKER_01]: Police and paramedics were dispatched immediately, but it was too late.
05:37.392 --> 05:39.434
[SPEAKER_01]: It didn't appear to be a robbery gone bad.
05:40.174 --> 05:46.060
[SPEAKER_01]: Janice Perse was still hanging near the door and her keys, wallet, and other valuables were still inside the apartment.
05:47.040 --> 05:55.168
[SPEAKER_01]: A lamp lay turned over and the bedding seemed to be ripped away, leaving investigators with questions, so they turned to Janice Boyfriend.
05:56.173 --> 06:05.735
[SPEAKER_01]: Spencer told police that he had less seen Jenna than night before, telling investigators that the couple had been studying before he'd left for his own apartment at around 1230.
06:06.535 --> 06:10.036
[SPEAKER_01]: Calling Jenna to say, a night when he got home at around 1247.
06:11.196 --> 06:19.258
[SPEAKER_01]: Jenna's body was discovered at about 1130 the next morning, telling investigators that the murder had taken place in less than a 12 hour window.
06:20.271 --> 06:30.059
[SPEAKER_01]: Now, as the investigation continued in autopsy was conducted, and the medical examiner would find hemorrhaging in the victim's eyes, and her larynx had been crushed.
06:31.200 --> 06:36.004
[SPEAKER_01]: Jennifer Halin had been strangled to death, with her killer using his bare hands.
06:37.005 --> 06:42.490
[SPEAKER_01]: And while the medical examiner found no visible signs of sexual assault, he couldn't rule it out for sure.
06:43.968 --> 06:48.099
[SPEAKER_01]: detectives continue their investigation by looking into their most likely suspect.
06:48.761 --> 06:50.707
[SPEAKER_01]: Jenna's boyfriend, Spencer Hood.
06:51.919 --> 07:00.784
[SPEAKER_01]: They learned that over the years, Spencer and Jenna's relationship had been off and on, breaking up, dating other people, but eventually getting back together.
07:01.445 --> 07:05.167
[SPEAKER_01]: And what would normally be a high school relationship could mean something darker.
07:05.948 --> 07:12.392
[SPEAKER_01]: Investigators also noticed that there was no signs of force entry, so they wondered, could this have been an argument on bad?
07:13.312 --> 07:18.716
[SPEAKER_01]: Spencer was brought in for questioning, and the boyfriend strongly denied having anything to do with Jenna's murder.
07:19.718 --> 07:24.498
[SPEAKER_01]: He was also asked about the couple's sex light, specifically if they ever got rough.
07:25.560 --> 07:29.182
[SPEAKER_01]: Spencer would describe it as pretty traditional and always consensual.
07:29.942 --> 07:34.385
[SPEAKER_01]: So investigators decided to retrace Jenna steps on the last day that she was alive.
07:35.185 --> 07:40.028
[SPEAKER_01]: On the day of the murder, she had worked at the restaurant from about 1030am to around 9.
07:40.788 --> 07:45.651
[SPEAKER_01]: So detectives pulled the surveillance tapes, but nothing stood out to them as suspicious.
07:46.451 --> 07:50.714
[SPEAKER_01]: After work, Jenna went through Starbucks for coffee before returning to her apartment
07:54.180 --> 08:03.704
[SPEAKER_01]: At this point, detectives decided to turn to neighbors for help, asking if anyone had seen anything suspicious on the night that Jenna was killed, and it would prove to be helpful.
08:04.564 --> 08:09.726
[SPEAKER_01]: They learned that a group of residents was playing sand volleyball in the courtyard between the apartment buildings.
08:10.546 --> 08:14.968
[SPEAKER_01]: The neighbors told police that while they were playing, they noticed the suspicious man.
08:15.688 --> 08:18.569
[SPEAKER_01]: He was shirtless and kind of wandering around the complex.
08:23.728 --> 08:27.429
[SPEAKER_01]: and some of the female residents described him as, quote, scary looking.
08:28.870 --> 08:37.033
[SPEAKER_01]: Investigators would later identify this unknown person as 26-year-old Sean Stevens, another college student who lived in the complex.
08:38.033 --> 08:47.377
[SPEAKER_01]: Friends of Jenna had told detectives that she and Sean had once gotten to a verbal altercation in the parking lot, and they noticed that his unit had a direct line of sight to Jenna's.
08:48.487 --> 08:54.809
[SPEAKER_01]: Investigators questioned Sean and he seemed visibly nervous, but he too claimed to have nothing to do with Jenna's murder.
08:55.429 --> 09:02.731
[SPEAKER_01]: However, he could not seem to provide a detailed timeline for his whereabouts at night, telling investigators that he had been drinking heavily.
09:03.751 --> 09:09.613
[SPEAKER_01]: At this point, police had two viable suspects, but they were about to get news of a potential
09:14.817 --> 09:18.399
[SPEAKER_01]: When she was finished, she left the bathroom and was startled by what she saw.
09:19.159 --> 09:23.081
[SPEAKER_01]: There, standing in her living room, was the apartment complex maintenance man.
09:24.301 --> 09:27.683
[SPEAKER_01]: He claimed to have not heard the water running and he believed that no one was home.
09:28.383 --> 09:31.805
[SPEAKER_01]: Jenna had told family members about the incident shortly after her happened.
09:32.545 --> 09:37.688
[SPEAKER_01]: She also reported the incident to complex management, filing a complaint against the maintenance man.
09:38.742 --> 09:42.205
[SPEAKER_01]: He would later be identified as 29-year-old Jeremy Rosser.
09:42.926 --> 09:50.253
[SPEAKER_01]: Rosser was divorced with two children, and he had grown up in a religious upbringing with his father being a pastor in a small Texas town.
09:50.953 --> 09:53.035
[SPEAKER_01]: But he had never had any run-ins with the law.
09:53.736 --> 09:58.000
[SPEAKER_01]: Rosser was now the third potential suspect, and they needed to test his claim.
09:58.661 --> 10:00.662
[SPEAKER_01]: So detectives went to Jenna's apartment.
10:01.483 --> 10:05.826
[SPEAKER_01]: One would stand in living room, while another went to the bathroom and started the shower.
10:06.606 --> 10:11.269
[SPEAKER_01]: Sure enough, the detective in the living room could hear the water running without any issue.
10:11.870 --> 10:17.954
[SPEAKER_01]: They also learned that Rosser had been fired a week later as he had quick coming to work after Jenna's murder.
10:19.295 --> 10:22.717
[SPEAKER_01]: Obviously, police wanted to question the maintenance man, but there was a problem.
10:23.397 --> 10:27.460
[SPEAKER_01]: He had left town after being fired, and no one really knew where he had gone.
10:28.755 --> 10:35.383
[SPEAKER_01]: Additionally, Spencer Hood seemed to have disappeared, and Sean Stevens had left school seeming to vanish as well.
10:36.464 --> 10:40.469
[SPEAKER_01]: There were now three people of interest in Jenna's case, and they were all in the wind.
10:56.317 --> 11:02.743
[SPEAKER_01]: but investigators didn't stop, and they hoped that they could find biological evidence that may help to catch their killer.
11:03.743 --> 11:11.070
[SPEAKER_01]: So they began by searching under genus fingernails, hoping that she may have scratched or clawed while attempting to fight off for attacker.
11:12.098 --> 11:16.263
[SPEAKER_01]: and when taking a closer look, forensic experts found skin cells.
11:16.964 --> 11:20.829
[SPEAKER_01]: DNA testing would be done and two male profiles would be found.
11:21.349 --> 11:25.134
[SPEAKER_01]: One, a major contributor and the other a minor contributor.
11:25.995 --> 11:27.997
[SPEAKER_01]: Three drops of blood were also tested.
11:28.953 --> 11:33.656
[SPEAKER_01]: One was found on the collar of Jenna's shirt, and the others were found in the carpet near the body.
11:34.237 --> 11:36.999
[SPEAKER_01]: Again, the DNA showed only two profiles.
11:37.459 --> 11:42.603
[SPEAKER_01]: One was Jenna's, the other matched the profile from the major contributor of the skin cells.
11:43.844 --> 11:48.067
[SPEAKER_01]: Detectives can now use this profile to test against their three suspects.
11:48.667 --> 11:51.629
[SPEAKER_01]: Spencer Hood, Sean Stevens, and Jeremy Rosser.
11:52.249 --> 11:53.530
[SPEAKER_01]: They just had to find them first.
11:56.603 --> 12:02.807
[SPEAKER_01]: Investigators also did what's called the DNA drag net, collecting samples from male neighbors and co-workers.
12:03.508 --> 12:09.292
[SPEAKER_01]: But none of these samples matched the DNA found on Jenna's body and nearly 50 people were cleared.
12:10.473 --> 12:11.894
[SPEAKER_01]: Then the police caught a break.
12:12.594 --> 12:18.318
[SPEAKER_01]: Spencer Hood was found nearly three hours away, staying at his parents' house in his hometown of Wimberley.
12:19.339 --> 12:23.902
[SPEAKER_01]: Spencer explained that he was just upset by what had happened and he just needed to get away.
12:24.947 --> 12:33.432
[SPEAKER_01]: He was cooperative with police and his roommate had provided an alibi, confirming that Spencer had come home and was in the residence on the night that Jenna was murdered.
12:34.533 --> 12:36.954
[SPEAKER_01]: Spencer willingly provided a DNA sample.
12:37.414 --> 12:40.977
[SPEAKER_01]: His body was also checked for any scratches or signs of defensive wounds.
12:41.577 --> 12:43.278
[SPEAKER_01]: Sean Stevens was also located.
12:43.818 --> 12:48.141
[SPEAKER_01]: He had traveled to Oklahoma to see his brother, who had just returned from a tour of Iraq.
12:52.842 --> 13:01.087
[SPEAKER_01]: This left Jeremy Rosser, so detectives sat down with Rosser's ex-wife, hoping that she may know where her former husband had gone.
13:02.268 --> 13:06.310
[SPEAKER_01]: Now it was during this interview that the woman shared some concerning details.
13:07.251 --> 13:11.293
[SPEAKER_01]: She claimed that around the time of their divorce, Rosser had become violent.
13:12.194 --> 13:17.677
[SPEAKER_01]: She told police that during an argument, he had thrown her to the ground and began choking her with his bare hands.
13:22.387 --> 13:24.169
[SPEAKER_01]: but detectives were still unsure.
13:24.929 --> 13:31.635
[SPEAKER_01]: Again, Rosser had no criminal background and going from no run-ins with the law to murder, seen, pretty unlikely.
13:32.716 --> 13:36.239
[SPEAKER_01]: Now luckily, investigators were actually able to track Rosser down.
13:36.879 --> 13:39.482
[SPEAKER_01]: And during the interview, he seemed calm and collected.
13:40.302 --> 13:43.205
[SPEAKER_01]: But they made an interesting discovery while searching his truck.
13:44.340 --> 13:51.523
[SPEAKER_01]: Inside detectives found a laptop, and when the serial number was run, it led back to a unit in the Autumn Woods apartment.
13:52.183 --> 13:56.565
[SPEAKER_01]: Investigators learned that the owner had reported it stolen only a few months prior.
13:57.866 --> 14:03.548
[SPEAKER_01]: Inside the truck they also found several keys, all of which were for units at the apartment complex.
14:04.169 --> 14:06.850
[SPEAKER_01]: However, Gena's was not one of the keys found.
14:07.490 --> 14:07.790
[SPEAKER_01]: Still,
14:14.503 --> 14:17.005
[SPEAKER_01]: And when they came back, there was no question.
14:17.366 --> 14:18.887
[SPEAKER_01]: Jeremy Rosser was a match.
14:19.448 --> 14:25.473
[SPEAKER_01]: Both is the major contributor to the skin cells found under Jenna's fingernails and the blood found inside the apartment.
14:26.174 --> 14:29.978
[SPEAKER_01]: The former maintenance man had murdered 20-year-old Jennifer Halen.
14:31.091 --> 14:38.516
[SPEAKER_01]: Rosser was arrested and charged in February of 2009, and as trial preparation began, the prosecution built their case.
14:39.197 --> 14:43.940
[SPEAKER_01]: They believed that after his first encounter with Jenna, Rosser decided to break in again.
14:44.600 --> 14:52.426
[SPEAKER_01]: And they theorized that on the day of the murder, he had used this key to enter the apartment while she was working, hiding in the apartment's second bedroom.
14:53.410 --> 15:09.899
[SPEAKER_01]: But when Jenna returned home, Spencer was with her, so Rosser waited, and when her boyfriend left that night, Rosser lied in wait, until the moment that Jenna climbed into bed, then he attacked, strangling the 20-year-old to death inside of her own bedroom.
15:11.080 --> 15:14.942
[SPEAKER_01]: Now, before the trial could begin, Rosser accepted a plea deal.
15:15.692 --> 15:23.094
[SPEAKER_01]: leaving guilty to Jenna's murder in exchange for a 55-year sentence, with the chance of parole after half of his time had been served.
15:23.734 --> 15:28.575
[SPEAKER_01]: This is because Haddy been found guilty at trial, he could have been sentenced to 99 years.
15:29.115 --> 15:31.575
[SPEAKER_01]: Sadly, Rosser never revealed a motive.
15:32.276 --> 15:38.617
[SPEAKER_01]: Some believe that he had broken into rob the apartment and got caught, but again, all of Jenna's belongings were still there.
15:39.765 --> 15:47.031
[SPEAKER_01]: Others believe that his marital problems may have caused him to snap, as Rosser's ex-wife was the same size and build as Jenna.
15:48.612 --> 15:52.915
[SPEAKER_01]: Her parent, Jim and Dina, brought legal action against the Autumn Hills Complex.
15:53.756 --> 16:00.561
[SPEAKER_01]: However, the defendants claimed that they were not liable, as maintenance would have needed keys to the units for valid repair issues.
16:01.362 --> 16:05.365
[SPEAKER_01]: Now unfortunately I couldn't find any outcome on that particular case, and I'm not
16:09.057 --> 16:15.621
[SPEAKER_01]: Autumn woods would eventually change its name to college edge apartments, most likely to escape poor press around the issue.
16:16.442 --> 16:23.447
[SPEAKER_01]: Spencer Hood would go on to stay in Texas, graduating from Texas Lutheran University, and starting career in recruiting.
16:24.267 --> 16:31.012
[SPEAKER_01]: Jeremy Rosser remains in the daring to mune in and Rocher in Texas, and he'll be eligible for parole in 2036.
16:31.072 --> 16:33.013
[SPEAKER_01]: So that's this week's case.
16:33.533 --> 16:37.696
[SPEAKER_01]: And as always, I just wanted to share some final thoughts to close out this week's episode.
16:37.816 --> 16:45.782
[SPEAKER_01]: So again, as I had mentioned at the top of the show, I could not help but look at this case through the lens of Jenna's parents.
16:46.642 --> 16:59.485
[SPEAKER_01]: you know, having a daughter and watching her grow up and knowing that eventually she's going to leave the house and she's going to go to college and she's going to take these big swings and kind of strike out on her own.
17:00.405 --> 17:10.887
[SPEAKER_01]: My daughter isn't even eight years old yet and I already have this like emotional fear of that day happening because I know as a parent I'm going to have
17:14.363 --> 17:16.064
[SPEAKER_01]: It's like you have them close, right?
17:16.624 --> 17:22.988
[SPEAKER_01]: And I've said this in a million times, but like right now, my child really likes me, really likes spending time with me.
17:23.609 --> 17:31.354
[SPEAKER_01]: And, you know, as what happens with most teenagers, as she gets older, I know that there's going to be somewhat of a distance, right?
17:31.374 --> 17:36.197
[SPEAKER_01]: Because you have to kind of strike out on your own and define your own identity and things of that nature.
17:36.917 --> 17:42.721
[SPEAKER_01]: And so thinking about this student lens of a parent to know that, you know, my daughter is just moved.
17:42.881 --> 17:44.302
[SPEAKER_01]: She's gone off to college.
17:44.963 --> 17:47.145
[SPEAKER_01]: She's starting this new adventure.
17:47.165 --> 17:49.426
[SPEAKER_01]: This new chapter of her life setting up her future.
17:50.247 --> 17:55.751
[SPEAKER_01]: And then something tragic like this happens is just absolutely devastating.
17:56.191 --> 18:01.355
[SPEAKER_01]: And I cannot imagine what it would be like to be a parent in that situation.
18:05.535 --> 18:10.143
[SPEAKER_01]: you know, this wasn't a relationship gone bad.
18:10.243 --> 18:12.528
[SPEAKER_01]: This wasn't because of a dispute with a neighbor.
18:12.868 --> 18:17.216
[SPEAKER_01]: This was just because Jeremy Rosser decided that he was going to take Jenna's life.
18:18.162 --> 18:22.287
[SPEAKER_01]: And again, sadly, there's no motive, right?
18:22.327 --> 18:32.498
[SPEAKER_01]: There's no real answer as to why this happened because Rossor was too much of a coward to say why he did it and exactly what happened.
18:33.038 --> 18:36.682
[SPEAKER_01]: When doing the research for this case, I learned that he simply,
18:37.645 --> 18:39.127
[SPEAKER_01]: played Giltian set of going to trial.
18:39.167 --> 18:47.858
[SPEAKER_01]: Number one, to avoid the potentially long sentence, but number one, he didn't want his kids to have to go through seeing their father at trial.
18:48.358 --> 18:49.880
[SPEAKER_01]: Which again, you know.
18:51.260 --> 19:00.325
[SPEAKER_01]: as Rosser's children, I'm sure that could be a great relief, but at the end of the day, you're leaving Jenna's family with so many unanswered questions.
19:00.865 --> 19:11.531
[SPEAKER_01]: And I know for a fact that we have listeners of this podcast who have kids that are college age, some of just recently graduated college, it's an unsupervised world.
19:11.651 --> 19:14.913
[SPEAKER_01]: You know, it means that you have all these things that you should be worried about, right?
19:15.013 --> 19:16.474
[SPEAKER_01]: Are they making smart decisions?
19:17.194 --> 19:18.035
[SPEAKER_01]: Are they, you know,
19:19.120 --> 19:35.473
[SPEAKER_01]: drinking too much or being aware of their surroundings, things like that, but one of the things that you shouldn't have to worry about is that an maintenance man in a college apartment complex is going to sneak into that unit and and and strangle your daughter to death.
19:36.013 --> 19:44.640
[SPEAKER_01]: So again, for me, this was just heartbreaking and then also to think about Spencer, you know, Spencer,
19:46.127 --> 19:51.769
[SPEAKER_01]: from everything I could tell in the research, very much cared about Jenna, very much love Jenna.
19:52.389 --> 19:59.452
[SPEAKER_01]: And, you know, they may have continued on in their relationship and started a life together if this tragic thing wouldn't have happened.
20:00.372 --> 20:08.835
[SPEAKER_01]: And, you know, to know not only about I lost my girlfriend, but now the police are looking at me like, I could possibly have something to do with it.
20:09.723 --> 20:17.566
[SPEAKER_01]: And yeah, I do think it speaks a lot to his character that he was so willing to cooperate with the police and was like, yes, take my DNA.
20:17.686 --> 20:18.346
[SPEAKER_01]: I didn't do it.
20:18.446 --> 20:22.728
[SPEAKER_01]: I want to know who did, you know, rule me out so you can focus on the people who are important.
20:25.391 --> 20:37.317
[SPEAKER_01]: I can't imagine what that rebound has to be to suffer a loss like that in the same way that Jen is parents suffered that loss and then having to figure out some way to kind of move forward in your life.
20:37.937 --> 20:43.000
[SPEAKER_01]: So for me, if we're talking to double-test, this is a 10 out of 10 all day.
20:43.460 --> 20:46.162
[SPEAKER_01]: It's home invasion, it's one of my greatest fears, it's
20:46.822 --> 20:51.644
[SPEAKER_01]: you know involving a child, which again, another one of my greatest fears.
20:52.424 --> 20:57.566
[SPEAKER_01]: So for me, this is a 10 across the board, but as always, I want to hear from you, the listeners, the locksmiths.
20:58.166 --> 21:01.988
